Our Core Values
E.A.G.L.E.S.

Excellence - We strive to do our very best in academics, behavior, and effort, honoring God through our work. Students are encouraged to take pride in their work, put forth their best effort, and approach learning with a positive attitude. Excellence at ACA is not about perfection; it is about growth, effort, and doing what is right.

Colossians 3:23 – “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.”

Accountability - We take responsibility for our actions, choices, and growth, demonstrating honesty and integrity. Students learn to be responsible for their behavior, their learning, and their relationships. Accountability means making wise choices, owning mistakes, and learning from them.

Proverbs 28:13 – “Whoever conceals their sins does not prosper, but the one who confesses and renounces them finds mercy.”

God-Centered - We keep Christ at the center of all we do, allowing our faith to guide our decisions and relationships. Students are taught foundational Biblical truths and are encouraged to grow in their relationship with God through prayer, worship, and daily actions that reflect Christ-like character.

Colossians 1:17 – “He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together.”

Leadership -  We lead with courage, humility, and integrity, using our influence to positively impact others. Students are encouraged to demonstrate leadership through their actions, words, and attitudes. Leadership at ACA means showing respect, making good choices, and positively influencing others.

1 Timothy 4:12 – “Set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faithand in purity.”

Empowerment - We equip and encourage students to reach their God-given potential with confidence and purpose. Students are encouraged to use their unique gifts and abilities to grow, learn, and contribute. Empowerment means building confidence, taking initiative, and believing they can
make a difference.

Philippians 4:13 – “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”

Service - We serve others with compassion, kindness, and a willingness to make a difference in our school and community. Students are taught to care for others, show empathy, and look for opportunities to help. Service reflects a Christ-centered heart and a commitment to making a positive impact in the school and community.

Mark 10:45 – “For even the Son of Man did notcome to be served, but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many.”
